We have a 30-day return policy*, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@minellaceramics.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / disposables
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customised items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you will make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does it typically take for orders to be delivered?
Products are usually delivered in 5-7 business days.
Personalized letter collection cups: Production is customized for you, resulting in a delivery time of up to two weeks.
Do you offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for returned items?
Full refunds, store credit, or exchange items are available. (Return shipping fees may apply for exchange items)
Are there any items that are not eligible for return or exchange?
All products can be returned or exchanged, with the exception of the personalized collection. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique production process.
Are the cups microwave and dishwasher safe?
Just Stoneware products are microwave and dishwasher safe. Other items should be hand washed.
What if I don't like the color of the product?
When specified during purchase, a picture is taken and shared for final confirmation before shipping. The product is only shipped upon receiving your confirmation.
Do you offer gift wrapping and gift note?
Yes, gift wrapping is available. Please specify it at checkout for special gift wrapping and an individual note.
What is your policy for damaged or broken items upon delivery?
If your order is received damaged or broken, please get in touch with us immediately for support on exchange or store credit.
