Delivery
Our products are packed and shipped from Türkiye. Deliveries are handled by various carriers, including DHL, DPD, UPS, and Hermes. Please note that delivery to packing stations is not available at this time.
*Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays and the specific carrier used.
Shipping for Germany:
8€ for orders below 60€ . Free of charge for purchases over 60€.
Shipping for UAE and Qatar:
14$ for orders below 65$. Free of charge for purchases over 65$.
Standard Shipping for USA:
Your package will be shipped by 6 p.m. within the next 2 working days. This does not apply to Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
*Mentioned delivery times are only for products that are already in stock. For customised products, delivery times may vary due to the production times.
*Delivery times may also vary due to international shipping. If you still haven't received your order after 10 days, please contact us.
Payment
You have different payment options to choose from:
Credit card
When placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card is debited.

How long does it typically take for orders to be delivered?
Products are usually delivered in 5-7 business days.
Personalized letter collection cups: Production is customized for you, resulting in a delivery time of up to two weeks.
Do you offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for returned items?
Full refunds, store credit, or exchange items are available. (Return shipping fees may apply for exchange items)
Are there any items that are not eligible for return or exchange?
All products can be returned or exchanged, with the exception of the personalized collection. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique production process.
Are the cups microwave and dishwasher safe?
Just Stoneware products are microwave and dishwasher safe. Other items should be hand washed.
What if I don't like the color of the product?
When specified during purchase, a picture is taken and shared for final confirmation before shipping. The product is only shipped upon receiving your confirmation.
Do you offer gift wrapping and gift note?
Yes, gift wrapping is available. Please specify it at checkout for special gift wrapping and an individual note.
What is your policy for damaged or broken items upon delivery?
If your order is received damaged or broken, please get in touch with us immediately for support on exchange or store credit.
